01Overview

Moving cargo across six continents from a single desk in Dhaka.

Triple S Logistics is the group's freight forwarding and supply chain business. From its head office in Dhaka, it manages end-to-end movement for multinational manufacturers and international brands — from sourcing and production through to final distribution.

The company describes its network as stretching across six continents, supported by long-standing relationships with major ocean, air and ground carriers. That reach is what allows it to offer routing options rather than a single fixed lane, and to hold cost and transit time in balance for each shipment.

Its coverage spans merchandise, non-merchandise and Point-of-Sale Materials, with dedicated handling for the compliance and documentation each category demands.

02Modes

Seven ways to move a shipment.

  1. 01

    Sea Freight

FCL and LCL movement through partner ocean carriers, with consolidation options for smaller volumes.

  2. 02

    Air Freight

Time-critical airfreight for cargo where transit time outweighs unit cost.

  3. 03

    Sea–Air Freight

A combined routing that trades a portion of ocean transit for air, when neither mode alone fits the schedule.

  4. 04

    Road Logistics

Inland haulage, trucking and cross-dock movement connecting factories, ports and distribution points.

  5. 05

    Quality Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection so problems are found at origin rather than on arrival.

  6. 06

    Supply Chain Solutions

Customised programmes supporting sourcing, manufacturing and distribution across multiple countries.

  7. 07

    Value Added Services

Labelling, repacking, kitting and documentation handled before cargo leaves origin.

03How it works

What happens after you send us a lane.

Freight forwarding is opaque from the outside, so here is the whole sequence. Open any step to see what we are actually doing at that point.

  1. 01Tell us the lane

Origin, destination, commodity, volume, and the date it has to land. If you are not sure which of those matter most, say what the shipment is for and we will ask the rest.

  2. 02Routing and quote

We come back with the routings that fit rather than only the cheapest — sea, air, or a sea–air combination when neither mode alone meets the schedule.

  3. 03Booking and documentation

Space is booked with the carrier and the paperwork is prepared before cargo moves, so the file is complete when it reaches the port rather than after.

  4. 04Origin handling

Collection, consolidation, and pre-shipment inspection where it is wanted — so a problem is found at origin, not on arrival.

  5. 05In transit

The main leg runs and customs is handled at both ends. Value-added work such as labelling, repacking or kitting is done before the cargo leaves origin.

  6. 06Delivery

Final haulage to the door, and the documents that close the file.

04What travels

Not everything in a container is stock.

Merchandise
Finished goods moving to order, where the shipment is the product the customer sells.
Non-merchandise
Everything a business moves that it does not sell — equipment, samples, materials, returns.
Point-of-Sale Materials
Display and retail material, handled with the deadlines a campaign launch imposes.
